This last week has been crazy with trying to get the house back in order from girls camp, but we still needed to have some fun. So, Tuesday Ry went golfing in the afternoon with a buddy while I went to the pool with the girls. On Wednesday night Ry's mom decided last minute to come into town so she could attend the Atlanta Temple before it closes for renovation in a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, Ry got invited to go the Braves game with his guy friends that night, and so I told him to just go have fun and I will pick your mom up to have a girls night out at the Temple. When Ry came home he told us how awesome the seats were, and that if you where watching the game you could have seem him the entire game. The next day Ry drove his mom to the airport so she could start her journey back home, and then I had my turn and went to a Braves games with one of my new friends from girls camp, Alisha, and I was so excited to go hang out with her and get to know her better. It was too bad that the Braves lost both games. Oh well, better luck next time. We are going to the Braves - Cubs game next week, so hopefully they can pull through for us. I've always wanted to participate in a pinewood derby race. How fun!!! What a fun weekend. I've never been to a pro baseball game. The closest I came to was the Idaho Falls whatever-they're-called several years ago. It sounds exciting!
What a BLAST you guys have had lately! I'm so jealous of all that you've been able to do! Sounds like FUN. I hope you can come see us sometime next month. We'd love to have you if it works out.
