Minnesota
Over a month ago we went to St. Paul and Duluth for a couple of days to take care of a few personal things. While we were there we did not have much time in the day to explore, so to soak in some of the local life we visited some simple, yet amazing places to eat. In St. Paul we ate at Caspers & Runyon's Nook, which also happened to be on the Food Network show Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Their signature is a burger with the cheese of other toppings inserted in the middle of the beef patty. It was awesome.
Then the next day we went to Duluth and went to an awesome Chinese restaurant called Cantonese House. Oddly enough we were the only people in the place. I think its better then our favorite place in Idaho Falls (Honk Kong's), which is saying a lot. We talked with the owner and she told us that during the winter it's their slow season, so that would explain the lack of people in the restaurant and the town as a whole.
