New Job!

Since late last year Ryan had been looking for a new job/position. We wanted to see if he could stay within Delta and find the type of work he was looking for before applying to different companies.  At the beginning he occasionally found a position that interested him at Delta so he started to look outside of Delta for opportunities; however,  when the new year rolled in several positions surfaced within Delta that interested him.  Toward the end of his search for a new position he was offered two different positions.  After thinking and praying he accepted one of them, and he started his new job as a Project Manager on April 16th.  Ryan was a little nervous about it because the job was not an engineering position, but over the last month he knows it was the right move for his career.  He will have to travel frequently, which his last position did not require.  It will be hard not having him home for prolonged periods of time, but I am confident my friends and family will make it easier for me.  I am so proud of Ryan and I love him so much for everything he does to support our little family.

Congrats to Ryan! It sounds like you are doing well in Atlanta. I am jealous of all of your traveling adventures. Hey, I was thinking about you because I have a friend moving from DC to Idaho Falls and she's looking to rent in your old stomping grounds (by the temple right?). Any streets you would avoid? I'm clueless and the only person I can think of who would know is you. Any ideas? Right now, there is one on H street and another on 1083 Bingham. But there are a lot of others that keep popping up in that area for rent. Any help on areas to go to or avoid in that spot would be great! Just leave a comment on my blog. Thanks Heather!
